Store Manager

VitroPlus and VitroPlus/Ziebart stores operate in the automotive glass, accessory, rust protection and vehicle detailing industries. We are currently looking for a Store Manager.

Under the owner’s supervision, the candidate will be required to:

• Ensure that the task and responsibilities assigned to employees have been completed and that they have the technical support and equipment necessary to accomplish them.
• Greet customers and identify customer needs, directing them to the corresponding service offering.
• Explain various products and services offered in-store.
• Provide the customer with a great in-store and post sales experience.
• Ease and structure for soliciting customers and taking appointments.
• Undertake any other tasks has required.

• Show leadership skills, initiatives and a positive attitude.
• Driven by results and performance objectives.
• Ability to survey customer requirements and proposal solutions.
• Autonomous, solid people skills, dynamic personality and team spirit.
• General knowledge of the auto glass and aftermarket industry.
• Bilingual (an asset in certain locations).
