Planning
2 to 8 weeks
The planning phase includes criminal and credit checks, contractual documentation, licensing agreements and the collection of the franchise fee.

Design
2 to 5 weeks
The design phase includes the visual plan of the store, permits, audits and opening of various supplier accounts. This also includes uniforms, equipment, décor, and the creation of a marketing plan and training schedule.
03
Construction
3 to 5 weeks
The construction phase includes the actual build of the store and installation of all equipment, signage and everything needed to open the store. This also includes corporate, technical and sales training
04
Launch
1 to 2 weeks
The launch phase includes the start of the marketing plan, as well as all the in-store operational & sales training. A Ziebart fee must be paid, if applicable.
