Service Advisor

VitroPlus and VitroPlus/Ziebart stores operate in the automotive glass, accessory, rust protection and vehicle detailing industries. We are currently looking for a Service Advisor.

Under the owner’s supervision, the candidate will be required to:

• Greet customers and identify customer needs, directing them to the corresponding service offering.
• Handle credit and debit card transactions.
• Invoice customers at the counter and handle other administrative tasks.
• Explain various products and services offered in-store.
• Provide the customer with a great in-store and post sales experience.
• Undertake any other tasks has required.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to survey customer requirements and proposal solutions.
• Ease of communicating with customers in a structured manner.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
• General knowledge of the auto glass and aftermarket industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (an asset in certain locations).
• Driven by results and performance objectives.
