Our Commitment to the Environment

Managing and reducing the negative impacts of the automobile industry on the environment continues to be one of our corporate priorities. We have led the charge to reduce CO2 emissions and to find tangible solutions for sustainable development for over a decade.
In spring 2009, we created the first national network to significantly reduce the 1.2 million windshields that are sent to our landfills every year. Today, at VitroPlus/Ziebart, all windshields that are replaced are recycled and transformed into glass and fibreglass containers.

SANSZO

At VitroPlus/Ziebart we are sensitive to the crisis of global climate change. With water conservation becoming more urgent, we offer SANSZO (waterless) products to help reduce water consumption, giving our customers an alternative to conventional washing with water.
