How do we prevent your new or used vehicle from future rust?
- Each vehicle is inspected to determine the application process to assure maximum protection from corrosion. Used vehicles are further inspected for any existing rust damage.
- The information gathered from your inspection will indicate the areas that will be targeted with our patented sealant and application tools.
- We thoroughly clean your vehicle’s exterior and power wash your undercarriage removing all contaminants prior to VitroPlus/Ziebart’s sealant application.
- Our well trained, certified technicians apply the sealant to the under body of your vehicle to completely cover all structural metal. The sealant blocks out air, moisture and salt to prevent the creation of rust as well as protecting metal from any road abrasions.
- VitroPlus/Ziebart’s rust protecting sealant is then applied to all other areas that are inaccessible to other rust protectors who only treat the surface. The sealant is applied inside all body panels which will penetrate 100% of the critical seams to seal out air, moisture and salt, therefore preventing rust.
