As time progresses, you will have access to in-store training for your employees and on line training exclusively developed by Uniban Canada to support their franchisees.
As a UniglassPlus/Ziebart or VitroPlus/Ziebart franchisee, you become part of the automotive aftermarket industry, so it's important to remain informed of the trends, methodologies and technologies that influence both your franchise and the industry as a whole. UniglassPlus/Ziebart or VitroPlus/Ziebart holds regular regional marketing meetings which will keep you up to date on new sales, marketing and management techniques. These local meetings are held in or near your store on a regular basis. You will receive information on promotional programs, sales training and product introductions. These meetings are also the source of a valuable exchange of information and expertise among you and your fellow dealers.
Uniban Canada is committed on a daily basis with insurance companies and manages thousands of insurance claims every year. We currently own and operate an insurance call center for the insurance industry which directs glass repair and replacement to our franchised stores and have developed a Claims Management System available to our partners in the insurance industry.
